BW/BW2 What is a relatively decent nature for Snivy/Serperior?

Hey there pokebeach folks, I was just looking for a bit of insight from my fellow Poke gamers. I'm one of those people that likes to have a nature for my Pokemon that has a cool name (like Brave or Bold, for example) but is also fairly decent for them in terms of stats. I just started up my Black playthrough with a Brave Snivy. I like the epic ring of "brave" but I'm not sure if that is particularly healthy on his stats. I would just like to hear... er... read some of your thoughts on this matter. I'm not particularly fond of the natures that sound lame like Timid and Impish :p

Hmmmm I know that Timid is probably the best choice, I just don't like the sound of it. I know, it's a bit of a silly thing for me to complain about since it's just a word, but Serperior doesn't strike me as a timid Pokémon, appearance wise :p

Who cares? Nature has nothing to do with a Pokemon's appearance. You say you want a strong Serperior, so Timid is your best bet.

It's only because I'm a picky weirdo, I think ;P I want it to be strong, but I want his stat page to sound neat when I read it off to someone. If ya catch my drift.

EDIT: On a side note about timid, I don't want to lower his attack stat in a generation where physical moves are much more in abundance than special moves.

It depends if you are going towards one that you start out with or one with it's DW ability. If it's DW then Timid. If not, what are you going for with it?. Are you trying to go defensive or offensive?

He's not doing DW, it's obviously his starter. Also, for anyone who doesn't get why he cares about the nature sounding cool, he's role-playing. He wants his Pokemon to be cool in game. Modest and Timid, as said, are probably best, but they probably don't strike your fancy. One of the neutral natures could be good. Just look 'em up on Bulbapedia.

Bold maybe? +Def -Att. Serperior doesn't get many physical attacks anyways, lets it be defensive (leech seed and such), and it's a synonym to Brave (which you said you liked.)
