One Parallel City is fine by the way, as finding room for it would mean you have to remove one of your other disruption cards. I prefer just the one, but if you feel the deck needs it, I'd suggest removing a Red Card (though I believe Red Card is way better). Item count at the moment seem to be a little high, so watch out for the Trashalanche decks. If you can Item lock them early, I think that is the best way to beat them (don't officially know just yet).
Edit: What do you think about Peeping Red Card? Maybe a 1/1 split between the regular and the Peeping Red Card? I personally like putting your opponent down to a four card hand, but knowing what your opponent has and having the ability to shuffle what was to be a good hand isn't bad either.
