hi i know this is a noob question but what is PLOX?

i've looked at people's decks on PokéBeach Forums and it just looks like a normal GG...whats the difference?

Plox is a varient of G&G
It focuses on using Gardevoir more than Gallade
its Attack Abuses Psychic lock, your opponent cannot use any pokepowers next turn
so to combo that
you would.... (in this order)
1) Wager their hand and get rid of their plans
2) no matter what if you lose or win, you have Claydol to back you up and draw till you have 6 cards
3) then use Telepass and gain more advantage and abuse your opponent's supporter in their discard

it basically locks your opponent in with a low hand size, and they cannot use their own claydol to draw more cards
also, you got Dusknoir (standard Plox tech) to lower your opponent's bench size, so they cannot use powers thar they already have, makes their pokemon on the bench, dead spaces lol)
this deck has won ALOT of major events, and is considered a better build over the origional G&G

It's like G&G, but you have more Gardevoir lv.X in it than a normal G&G, and this deck uses Gardevoir SW's Psychic Lock. That's where the name comes from, Psychic Lock +X, It's also what Take-it-Easy said.

Thanks Blazing Poke Master! G&G--->PLOX??? Psychic Lock X. Makes sense now. And your avatar is still hilarious :D

Wait a sec, sinds when is 1 more than 2?

It wouldn't be if you know how to get it out. 3 Gardy is wrong. So in PLOX, the gallade is just a back-up attacker right?

More Gardevoir LV X in PLOX??? o_O
You are wrong, in PLOX, there is one Gardevoir LV X only because it's just like a tech. The main one is the normal Gardevoir(SW)..

Ya, something like that...

PLox's main attacker is gardy SW, you don't need 2 gardy lvX, if you want to get gardy out fast then you must play 3.
And gallade is more like a tech.

An overrated deck that people think will keep up with Glaceon when it comes out. Heck, I beat it with a power oriented deck at regionals.

Plox was more designed to beat Mortar and the original GG.
There are some random decks that are harder to beat(like torterra, haha).

How will glaceon help plox?
Teching in a 1-1-1 line? No tnx.

Hmm, still...
A single gallade can sweep 2 glaceons LvX, and glaceon is out until T3, by that time the plox player can setup a gallade.
