There should be no problem with telling other players where pre-releases are its not a secret. There should be no problem with telling players where the good ones are either.
the game wont grow in the UK if we try to keep events secret.

The promo card has a foil treatment but that doesn't help and may even be misleading. Sharpend minds will have already figured it out.
The TOs should all have the promos and deck boxes by now - assuming next day DPD did what next day DPD is supposed to do. So you could always contact the TO or drop into the local shop where the event took place or even go to a second event as many organisers have scheduled more than one.
Note that the quantity of promos and deck boxes had to be scaled back so you may only get one and if you leave it too late may get zero.
