Well kravenace, you are WRONG. Primeape needs evo from Mankey, so it needs 1 more. So its 1650. But that can be more than that. How!? Answer is with DRE. That'll be 1680-10=1670.

Why do you need 1 card left in your deck? Just have your opponent say go, draw it, and Toss it with the rest.
Of course, my Exeggutor example blows this thing out of the water (and more complex to maximize damage output I'd wager). You never said no flipping, topic creator.
If flipping is involved, the "flip until you get tails" cards - any one of them - do the most damage. As far as finite damage goes, it's FRLG Exeggutor. I can't think of anyone else that can do more.
And the maximum amount of damage counters Feedback can put is 58. One Basic, no Energy attached, one Prize left, no cards in deck. To make your opponent have one Prize left without having them attack at all, the person using Feedback must use powers like Extra Energy Bomb and Final Sting to kill their own guys. Make sure your Basic has 50 HP or more so it will survive two rounds of Toxic poison.
The point of it is assuming Mankey, Primeape, and your DRE aren't prizes, and your opponent says go every turn and lets you kill things that don't have Fighting resistance until you have one Prize card left. That leaves 57 cards in your deck to be Tossable stuff. One of these has to be a Prize, which leaves you with 56 cards to Toss. Fifty-six times 30 damage is 1,680 damage. Wait wait wait wait, boost energy only works once. No way you can only have only ONE prize left with boost. Boost says "Discard boost energy at the end of turn it was attached" No more energy. How to attack? So it is still DRE.

Actually, now that I think of it, Boost *would* work, since you can just attach it after you draw the last card in your deck.
The topic asks for highest possible damage. There's no point in giving unrealistic situations (although these decks are extremely silly, they are still realistic and technically CAN be done). You don't see people saying "put 40 Holon's Electrode and ur winner!" or anything because it will never happen.
And yes, you can flip coins for half an hour. They may not all come up heads, but you can do it. Would you want to? No. Would you ever need to? No. But can you, in a real game? Sure.

But yer playing a 6 prize game. In order to take all but 1 of them, you have to attack constantly every turn. If not, you'll not KO anyone, and you'll -150 off it instead of only -10, as the 5 other tools will still be *STUCK* in the prize pile.

er firstly you can have 0 card in your deck, and be still in the game, 2ndly u need 1 primeape + 1 mankey + 2 energy + 1 prize so thats 5 cards, leaving 55 cards, leaving 1650 damage etc etc etc
but then, you can just play 1 DRE, making it 1670 or play a boost and make it 1680, but this only happens in sudden death (where u only set 1 prize), cause u cant take 5 prizes using only boost, well you can if the enemy blow up 2 trode ex and a beedrill d
