The strongest uber looks like Arceus.
True, Arceus can be defeated. At least it makes sense.
Arceus has about 10 different (tested) movesets, with more available. 120/120/120, with no investment, is still incrediable bulky, and is on par with Cresselia, which we have seen the results. Though in Ubers the standard SpA or Attack is around 130 anyway, though Cresselia's only really fallen to Heracross's Megahorn. The offenses are equally scary. With STAB on anything it might want, and a steady 100/100% move it's extremely potent. Compared to one of the other lower ones, it doesn't have to split the EVs to be good at anything; the stat as a base is good enough. Nobody makes Metagross bulky but it takes neutral physical hits rather well. However, each has a counter, so the point is still off.
I think Mew, because it's stats are pretty good, and it can manipulate it's weaknesses and such by using "Transform".
You can say that with everything, but Arceus is undeniably stronger than effectively every else. True, nothing likes taking a Blazed +6 Attack Fire Punch from Charizard, apart from Heatran, but Arceus does that with less HP cost. Along with a few others, at least. Charizard is nowhere near it.
Mew can't attack well in Ubers, but is the ultimate passer. Not that it matters too much, Roar is around still. Transform is a gimmick that can be easily countered; considering the limited amount of Pokemon usable in Ubers, they all can be countered, so if it transforms 99/100 players will have a counter for themselves.

^^^ That's true. Hence it still has weaknesses and strengths. I said it could "manipulate" them. not "get rid of" them.

Right now, I would have to say that Palkia is the best because of its variable moves and resistances, but once Arceus is released and the ??? plate is brought into the game, Arceus will be the best, having no weakness "+" ultimate power!
... the ??? game is a failsafe against hackers who are overly imaginative and slapping Arceus with a ??? typing, and if there is no sprite, there is no coding, the game will crash. It's one of the few things it looks out for.
