Well the Darkrai/Hydreigon deck is based off of using Hydreigon to move dark energies off of Darkrai so it can be Max Potioned, then move the energies back. The Garchomp player would have to Catcher and KO the opponent's Hydreigon before it can start hitting Darkrais, otherwise they'll just start Max Potioning.
Darkrai does KO Altaria, so the Darkrai/Hydreigon player Catchers and KOs Altaria and do 30 do a Garchomp. Then next turn (assuming you have a Dark Claw) you can OHKO a Garchomp. If they go for your Hydreigons, well, you go for their Altarias and put Garchomp in OHKO range (with Dark Claw). I don't think the matchup is favorable for Garchomp, I think it's even.
