What legendary pokemon lacks the most screentime?

What do you think?I truly do believe that ho-oh deserves some major screentime in movies.So far there has only been a slight appearance in movie 8.However that was a mew disguised as Ho-oh.

So far Ho-Oh, Heatran, Raikou, Cresselia, Regigigas. That's pretty much it.

Regigigas got a good amount of screen time. There was the episodes with Brandon, and the Regi's.

Regigigas was also in the 11th Pokemon movie so i think Ho-oh and heatran and lugia.

Heatran's had the least out of everyone. Like... what, ten minutes? Also Lugia got his own movie so.

Doesn't matter. He had his own movie. Heatran was on screen for a small skirmish in one movie and that's basically it.

It matters to me Lugia is one of my fave Pokemon's and what about if the Lake trio and Kyogre had there ow movie.

Raikou had a whole pokemon Special about it. The Special was called Raikou: The Legend of Thunder.

and maybe Jirachi, it may have its own movie but all legendaries that have appeared in movies also appeared in the anime but Jirachi didn't (if I'm not wrong)...
Cresselia also only appeared in 1 episode.

Heatran appeared in a movie, has an episode that focus on it and has a cameo appearance in the beginning of the Sinnoh League so it has more screen time than the ones I mentioned above...

Jirachi Wishmaker was a movie. But yeah Phione need more screen time. I would love it if Ho-oh and cresselia shared main roles with Reshiram and Zekrom and in the movie it would explain the importance of Ho-oh to ash.

I'm pretty sure Phione isn't getting much screen time is because of its close resemblance/relation to Manaphy.

Edit: On the other hand, it's a darn good reason for it to get more screen time.
