it would be darkwing cape

and i wasn't serious on the name, darkwing duck is a TV serie

the heat emmited from its shell is able to melt down steel when it gets angry.However it couldn't harm human kind as they only live in volcanos.

I'd like to see a really cool Marowak evolution. He needs a new stage beacause then he can be powerful and worth using for those of us(just me I think) who actually like Cubone/Marowak.

He could probably have 2 bones and use them in creative new ways(other then as a club or boomerang).
