If Skarmory evolves, it's going to be Uber...

A Pokémon I'd like to see evolve is Farfetch'd. Or Delibird. They look like they could evolve further. In the case of Farfetch'd, a fencer could be a nice concept, or a chef. (We already have a painter Pokémon. A chef Pokémon would fit right in.)
 
Chatot deserves another evolution. I have a feeling it will come in fifth gen. Macargo deserves one also. and I'm allmost positive that Tropius will get an evolution.
 
LAPRAS!! It needs i think both a Pre evolution (would be small, cute, and adorable =]) and an evolution that would simply be a beast.

Oh yeah, that's right. Dusclops got an evolution whereas Banette did not. That's completely unfair.

Regarding Chatot, however, I think I'll be able to find a way to make it work. I sense potential in Chatot.
 
There should be an Evo and Pre-Evo of Absol. And I am predicting it, as a Pachirisu Master, Pachi will evolve into something that can fly.
 
All I want is another Poliwhirl evo and I'll be happy ._.

SOM: They wouldn't do it ever. They might make another Pokemon with the same concept as Phione, but they won't make pre-evolved forms of already existing legendary Pokemon.
 
To add to the long list of Eevee Evos, I'd like to see a flying-type one. *Gets shot*

I'd also love to see a pre-evo of Absol and Lapras. Imagine how cute they'd be. =p
 
Pokemon like Jynx and Pinsir definitely need an evolution. I know you may say heracross is essentially pinsir's evo but I mean it still needs one, Jynx needs one more though. I think it would be cool is sandslash or something got an evolution.

On a more serious note, Banette, Sableye, Farfetch'd, and Delibird have all been cheated badly. :[ Let's give them evos. :]

I think Sableye and Skarmory should have evos. Heracross, and Tauros should have new evolutions and pre-evos. Dunsparce, and Sudowoodo need evos too.

It's not a pre-evolution if it can't evolve back.
And they don't make the Legendaries evolve or have babies because they don't have a gender.

Plus I think that I listed all of them.
