I'm honing a nasty Celebi promo deck. Went 4-3 with it at a local Cities and plan to use it at my home shop's storefront tournaments starting tomorrow. It's super annoying to play against and while it CAN get a few light KO's, players deck out more often than not against it, even with the 30 minute time limit. Just wrote about it on my insignificant little google blog.

I tried mane/pyroar but it was just to inconsistent. It didn't help enough. I would recommend Mane/ Articuno over it.

You probably weren't using a good list. I wouldn't write off Mega Manectric/Pyroar just yet.
