BW/BW2 What type of new pokeball do you wanna see in 5th Gen?

Maybe a White Ball and Black Ball? White ball catches Dragon or Fire types easier, Black Ball catches Dragon or Electric types easier. It'd be pretty cool...

I would really like to see a light ball in the game. It lets you catch Pokemon well during daylight if this Pokeball is used.

*Enslaving Ball: Higher catchrate on HM slaves. (I did actually name my Bibarel "Slave" XD)
*Banana Ball: A good option when chased by two dozens of hungry Hihidarumas.
*Stone Ball: Was used in ancient times by cavemen. Is today used to maltreat ugly pokémons.
*Giggle Ball: Makes your pokémons sounds like Quagmire.

fix'd

I think a dawn ball/different weather based balls should be in this game.

slow ball and lightball: good against slow and light-weight pokemon respectively
oppisite of fast and heavy balls

Some balls that work better in certain conditions would be good

eg:

Sun Ball (works better when the sun is shining)
Rainy Ball (works better when it's raining)
Dust/Sand Ball (works better in sandstorms)
Frost/Shiver Ball (works better in hailstorms)

One more idea, might be a bit out there for some though:

Curve/Boomerang Ball - The pokeball has an extremley high catch rate....however it doesn't catch automatically. You have to wait one turn before it comes back and hits the pokemon to initiate a capture attempt. So you need to plan in advance. The strength of the ball would be very high though since it could be seen as taking the pokemon by surprise from the back.

I prefer the name Curve Ball, it's not so obvious...

Mystic Ball-works better on rare Pokemon(15% or higher), but regular effect on Legendaries.

this is a really good idea
because it could be really tricky to use
for example..
if you threw it..
then the pokemon attacked and your pokemon fainted

it woulnt work and the wild pokemon would flee

so it would be like a one chance thing
if it went wrong you lose the pokeball and the wild pokemon.

just an idea.. :)

I don't want new balls.
I want to be able to customize balls. As in, change the colours of a ball or the effects.

Seals just didn't cut it because the animations were lame.

Not to be rude but it's sort of like my fly ball which soars through the air and tries to catch a Pokemon It's especially good with flying Pokemon. I still liken your idea though.

How about Fishball? Joking. Hmmm let me see, i think i'd like a Frost Ball from Dizzard's idea. Reminds me of frosting on cakes. Im not sure why but...

i want a pokeball that if it fails to capture the pokemon it may cause a status problem so it will be easier the next time you try :D

What about a Basketball? Seriously though what about a trickball you select a trickball then you attack, then Pokemon goes to attack again but you throw a ball to confuse a ball and captures. Or a football which you use to catch a pokemon if it has walked a lot i know that wouldn't happen so maybe a football for capturing a pokemon if it has a certain footprint it's hard to get them because of the odds but maybe it will be cheap.

I would like to see a Sand ball or Earth Ball (x3 catch rate on ground and rock types), mini ball (works better on smaller pokemon) large ball (opposite effect against mini ball) Torch, Zap, Aqua, and Grass ball (works on cooresponding types) and Legend ball (although it may NEVER happen, Works better on stronger/legendary pokemon)

I agree with you, I think they should have 17 NEW Pokeballs cooresponding with making it easier to catch a certain type.

-Leaf Ball = Grass
-Torch Ball = Fire
-Aqua Ball = Water
-Zap Ball = Electric
-String Ball = Bug
-Mind Ball = Psychic
-Spirit Ball = Ghost
-Draco Ball = Dragon
-Plain Ball = Normal
-Iron Ball = Steel
-Feather Ball = Flying
-MidNight Ball = Dark
-Slippery Ball = Ice
-Chop Ball = Fighting
-Earth Ball = Ground
-Coal Ball = Rock
-Toxic Ball = Poison

*The Aqua and String ball, also tie in with the net ball.

I don't thin a normal ball would be good to catch normal type Pokemon so maybe Normball(get it Normal)

Does your fly ball have to wait one turn before it catches a pokemon though? That's what the Curve ball does, you throw it and it flies past the pokemon. Then you have to wait a turn for the ball to come back and try to capture the pokemon.

I wasn't talking what exactly it does wise, so sorry for that, yours is a good idea also.
