What Type of Personality Are You?

Note to serious MBTI fans out there; if you really want to find out your Jungian type, I'd recommend getting familiarized with cognitive functions as opposed to relying on tests like these. A notorious misconception always associated with MBTI is that your assigned Jungian type is an absolute depiction of your behavior. Nothing could be further from the truth. The four letters are supposed to be representatives of how you think, not how you act or behave. If you do not agree with what is said about your personality type, then maybe you need to start looking into alternatives instead of insisting on doing the same test again.

Then what would be a better test?

Not a test, but alternatives.

I am INFP.

Like usual... damn.. even at online test. T.T

I want to be INFJ!!!

Btw, for people who want to know this test is situational test. That meant, the result can be different each time, depent on your current situation, especially when you are still young, naive, and full of possibility ;).

ENTP

I think this is spot on, except if I argue, I generally care about the topic that I argue for/against.

Got INTP, but I think INTJ describes me better. I think I got all ~22% except for j vs p which was 11, and being more moderate sounds right to me.

I got INTJ which perfectly describes me, ''intelligent'', ''Perfectionist'' and ''Vivid Imagination''. This statement is very true for me ''Anyone who does not have enough talent or simply does not see the point, including the higher ranks of management, will immediately and likely permanently lose their respect''.

I just took the test, apparently I am INFP-A (introverted intuitive feeling prospecting assertive) I think this describes me pretty well.

I got three different results each time I took it. The first time I forgot, the second time INFJ-T, and the last one ISFJ-T, for some reason. I thought I answered the questions exactly the same each time, but I guess not. :D

INFP-T

90% Introverted
77% Intuitive
56% Feeling
66% Prospecting
77% Turbulent

I'm the most introverted person on PB! (At least from my skim of the thread)

INFP-T

80% Introverted
74% Intuitive
74% Feeling
60% Prospecting
80% Turbulent

TFP-IN sounds way better! ^-^

k...

I got ENFP - T

82% Extraverted
61% Intuitive
76% Feeling
94% Prospecting
64% Turbulent

It's not completely accurate, but it's not that bad.

I took a different one, but still had the same personality types. According to it, I'm a debater type personality, or ENTP-T.
I'm 95% extraverted, 62% intuitive, 67% thinking, 52% prospecting, and 51% turbulent. I'm definitely extroverted, I observe situations, but once I agree with something, I stick with my opinion (changing my mind is harder to do than a rock), I'm more judging/assertive than prospecting (unless they are actually the same thing, I dunno), and I have anxiety problems. I also am far more thinking and logical than 67%. I care about people's feelings (mainly friends and family), but not like a hypersensitive SJW (that stands for social justice warrior, BTW). Update: Reading more into the type of personality, I think this fits me pretty well.
The next time I took it, I got a commander-type. I'd say I'm some combination of the two.

It seems this one was a little more serious than these things usually are, at least.

INFJ-T (95% introverted, 73% intuitive, 91% feeling, 77% judging, 86% turbulent), with a fairly precise description of some things and some errors, but that's more because the test doesn't take into account circumstance and context, nor individual symptoms. You get that with the briggs-myers tests.

Did this for the fun of it and got ENFJ-T.

67% Extraverted
75% Intuitive
71% Feeling
59% Judging
66% Turbulent

I don't actually believe in this stuff, but like I said, I just did this for the fun of it.

I got ISTJ-A.
65% Introverted
73% Sensing
54% Thinking
63% Judging
63% Assertive
I barely selected the options on the far right and far left, which is probably why my scores are so conflicting. It seems to fit me, but it also uses many persuasive devices (to make me feel it is correct) that are logically unsound.

I am uncertain of the reliability of my results, given that I followed the directive of avoiding a "neutral" answer even though some questions seemed to hardly apply at all, while others blended two elements where each had opposite, or at least different, answers! Of course, this could just be due to my own personal flaws (and reactions to them in my own life). I've often joked that I'm a lazy perfectionist who would be miserable all the time except I'm easily distra- SQUIRREL! ;)

Your personality type is:

Logician (INTP-t)

Mind
(This trait determines how we interact with our environment.)
43% Extraverted/57% Introverted

Energy
(This trait shows where we direct our mental energy.)
66% Intuitive/34% Observant

Nature
(This trait determines how we make decisions and cope with emotions.)
63% Thinking/37% Feeling

Tactics
(This trait reflects our approach to work, planning and decision-making.)
39% Judging/61% Prospecting

Identity
(This trait underpins all others, showing how confident we are in our abilities and decisions.)
13% Assertive/87% Turbulent
Reading the rest of what it said is proving... interesting. Some of it seems awfully good at tickling my ears, even when describing the flaws or drawbacks; it isn't exonerating you or otherwise finding a loophole to make you not guilty, but it seems to suggest a greatly reduced sentence for when you mess things up in relationships.

What gives me pause is it seems to try to separate logic from emotions; you know, the Straw Vulcan Fallacy. For example, under the section suggesting that Logicians will try to solve relationship problems with logic, missing the emotions involved... that isn't being logical or rational. It is neither the method of obtaining an accurate view of reality (epistemic rationality) nor the method of achieving your goals, whatever they are (instrumental rationality). Emotions are just one form of biological feedback, and what makes us associate being emotional with being irrational or illogical is when one improperly responds to that feedback.

Anyway, interesting quiz. ;)
