Wasn't there a japanese full art DCE promo?
 
I like the idea of cards shaped like Pokémon, but it would lead to cheating. I guess you could just have it with a Pokémon on a white or other background for the rest of the rectangle, but I'm not sure how well that would work (and it would be very similar to full-art ones).
 
if really want to know i want to see a disastorous hoppip thats eating a rawst berry on it and has a pmj hat on
