XY What Types/Pokemon Do You Think are Unfair/Too Weak?

I find it silly that Slaking and Regigigas have the same stat total, but both a crippling ability.

I mean I get that Slaking has it in exchange for getting abnormally high stats, but then why is Regigigas crippled when it would be perfectly okay for being a colossal legend like Groudon/Kyogre. It gets a crippling ability...but nothing in exchange.
It would make much more sense if Slow Start was renamed to something like Power Up, and have the opposite effect. Instead of halving it's offenses for the first few turns, it should double them after the first few turns. It would be awesome.

Here's what I was thinking would be a good way to better balance the type chart. What do you guys think?

Whoops, messed up on my post there. I meant to say that Ice should have a resistance to Dragon, Water, and a few of the types it's strong against.
I have to say I have always felt that Ice and Water should resist each other, or at least, Ice should hit water super effectively. Having Water resist Ice just doesn't make much sense to me.

It makes a degree of sense, I suppose, if you consider that water changes temperature very slowly, so exposing it to cold doesn't generate an immediate result.
