psycho boost. even though it wasn't in the game doesn't mean it wasn't in the movie.

then why don't pokemon turn to stone when Psycho boost hits them?

They do give the legendary poke'mon in movies unique moves though, think of Latias and Latios being invisible in Movie 5, they can't learn Camouflage in the games

Well the pokemon anime world is different to the pokemon game world so mabye it could be some move only useable in the anime. Or the makers are lazy lol
