For a few days, when I tried to access the main site, it said, " You are not allowed to visit __ on this server. What happened?

The pictures of people and the scans are what I heard is the problem.

The server got to many people to hold, so they shut it down, then they rebooted it in the middle of WPM editing something, hence the forbidden page.
