Whats Legal In NXD-ON?

So obviously all the sets from NXD-ON are good for the next season but I'm wondering about a few cards that maybe got reprinted? Is super rod and EXP Share still legal in modified since it was printed in Dragons Vault, and what about first ticket, is it legal in modified?

All Dragon Vault cards are still in format. They were released as a mini side-set to dragons exalted, which is still legal.
 
Also, any of the cards from BW-NVI that were reprinted as "shinies" in NXD-on sets (Serperior, Reuniclus, Emboar, etc.) are legal.
 
Also,the cut off for the "Black Star Promo" or BW# (as shown on the bottom right corner of the card) and What other players call "Fliptini" will be BW32

So,to shorten it up;(Excluding Re-prints like Catcher)Anything before NXD and BW33,is out.
 
cool so air form Landorus (Abundent Harvest) is still good cause I think its BW promo 43?

If you have Black star promos from BW33 to BW95 and on,its a legal card to play in tournaments starting what? 18th of August?
