Time to put a stop to this madness.
Almost every member who posted in this thread knows that repeating answers is considered to be spam, and yet you go ahead and post your reply. If you want to continue posting in the same thread, do what Houndoom is doing, i.e. rebutting what other members have said, instead of just repeating the same facts over and over again. By right, I should be giving out warnings to most of you here, but I'll let it pass just this once, since this rarely happens.

Note to author: If you're looking for the correct answer, post #2 has it for the general view, while post #7 looks at it from the competitive battling perspective. I'm sure you were looking for the first answer I pointed out. In that case, you should have gone on Wikipedia/Bulbapedia to read up on them instead of posting a thread that has poor discussional value.
