I average about 2 DCE on one Tangrowth. I have gotten all four, but it was a great draw between 5 turns 
You could also try Angry Bear if you want a fun Rogue.

Ursarings body makes anyone who like Typhlosion Prime LOVE this card. "If there are any Damage Counters on Ursaring, this Pokemons attacks do 60 more Damage." Why not, I mean what do you have to looe?
2-2-2 OR 2-1-2 Typhlosion Prime.
Afterburner is what your looking for here. Take one {R} Energy out of your discard and attach it to one of your Pokemon. This Pokemon takes 1 damage counter. After Burner---> Ursaring Prime-----> 60 more damage. Again this is why this deck is underused and I think has some potential. Well, just hope Donphan isnt around.

Need I say more. Roast Reveal for 3 cards? Thank you! Take one {R} Energy, put it in your discard and draw 3 cards.
Heres the combo to get those counters on Ursaring.
Roast Reveal-----> AfterBurner----> Ursaring Prime---->60 More damage.
The cards above are needed for this deck. Heres some Conditional techs:
2-2-2 or 2-1-2 Emboar B/W.
If for any reason you should have a problem getting those energy on Ursaring, Emboar can be used. Inferno Fandango can load on as many Energy as you like to any of your Pokemon during your turn. If for some reason they are discarded. Afterburner.
3 Expert Belt. +20 HP AND Damage? Yes please!!!!! My Opponent takes one more Prize card? Not so bad considering this shouldnt happen all that often (As long as there aren't Donphan Prime).
