BW/BW2 Whats with Iris

Iris could be a gym leader in the game, but I doubt it. She doesn't even seem like the gym leader type. She wouldn't even use Pokeballs, Pokemon would just jump out of her hair. lol
 
I think it makes sense that Iris is replacing Dawn instead of the protagonist from Black and White because isn't the protagonist supposed to be older? And I think they're switching it up by having the girl partner being a battler/breeder, and the boy being a contest/musical contestant

LOL I would love that. But in all seriousness, I don't really think Iris is a gym leader. She could be, but I'm not so sure. We'll just wait and see.
 
It would be intresting if Iris is a gym leader.However it seems highly doubtful.She appears in the trailer nowhere near a town but swinging upon vines.She also appears on posters in which almost all gym leaders(Excluding Brock and Misty) do not appear on.
