pokemon will end when its stop giving nintendo MASS MILLONS $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ which will be a while
 
ok lets make a bet everybody which genration do you think pokemon will end my guess is this one or the 5th and nothing else, pokemon is not only base on animals. the 4th generation did not reach 500 y? i dont know but the last generation (hoenn) thought would be rayquaza as last one but then deoxy and jirachi came along so for the 4th the others will appear because if the 11th movie is almost in japan that shows that if arceus is in it my guess is that there will be up to 500 or a few more/less
 
I think it's going to end when nobody wacth the serie or buy the games that i think is not going to happpen not util they don't figure out what more to add but tha could take lots of year so for now i don't think is going to end
 
I agree with Cool. As long as they keep making millions they will keep making more pokemon games. Of course they will eventually stop making new pokemon but that won't stop them from making new games like Mystery Dungeon 3, a new pinball, a new TCG Game, a new Trozie, and alot more. Eventually they will make a replay of Ruby and Sapphire maybe on the Wii, which would be really cool. They will also have non RPG pokemon games like TRrzei and maybe games that you can make your own gym or something. So, they probably won't run out of ideas for sometime now.
 
Highly doubt it. Nintendo and company have their pants loaded with the cash from games, trading cards, toys, ect. Pokemon is also getting picked up by newer, younger fans that will grow through it as well. Even though it seems like a fad, I personally think it will stick around for a very long time. Its just one of those things that keeps making you want to come back, no matter how hard you try to let go.
 
Yes pokemon will die eventually...probably. I was discussing this with my friend (he has pokesav) and he said on the "meet location" it went up to pokemon world 16.

Do you think that means anything? Or is it just nothing?

Well you can also define "die" I mean sure the games and cards will die.....eventully, but like merchandise won't (apart from the cards and games) .....I hope.
 
The show may die, but I think the cards would still be made, and they'd keep coming up with pokemon games like Dash and Dungeon Rescue. But just like all the big hypes, pokemon will eventaully tank on the profit, or there will be a death, and POP will pull the plug.
 
yes maybe the show will die many people get introduced to pokemon by the games or TCG to be honest I started to like pokemon for the games also it can end soon because the imagination of creators is running dry we can see this in pokemon like magnezone -_-
