When will we get english scans of Dragon Exalted?

The prereleases for Dragons Exalted hover around Worlds weekend. That's a whole month from now. It won't be for a while.
 
Pre-releases in the Houston area are extremely early, (July 28-29) so I'll send in some scans with cards I get that weekend. So about 2 weeks.

Same, around me in California, there are quite a few Pre-Release events on July 28 and 29. The rest are on August 4th

That's also what's happening in my area of California as well. But it's going to be weird because they won't be legal for Worlds.

They won't. The set is released Aug. 15th.

I think we'll get 95% of the scans on July 26th/27th, and then we'll get the remaining 5% over the weekend from the prereleases.

This exactly. Most of the scans from each of the new English sets have always been revealed around 2-3 days before the first weekend of prereleases. Then, all of the scans are revealed a few days later. It almost has been this way for quite a long time now, so it'll be no surprise that we'll see the English scans for Dragons Exalted by then.

Is Worlds weekend Aug 10-12 (second weekend in August) or is it Aug 17-19 (third weekend in August)?

...No really, I don't remember when they said it was this year, but it's usually the third weekend so that is what I went by.
 
Worlds is August 10th-12th so that pretty much confirms that the new set won't be legal (like it always isn't lol).

The prereleases in my area are being held on July 28th & 29th, as well as August 5th.

Who releases the scans on July 26th/27th? TPCi?

Do you mean that after an early prerelease, the attendees post scans online and that is how we're able to see them?

It's not an early prerelease. WPM gets them early from someone and posts them online (probably a TO or something). The ones he doesn't have are then sent in by members during the weekend after PRs.
