Where can I find these BW promos?

Hello everyone,

I'm having a really hard time finding BW Promo #49 Lilligant, BW Promo #54 Pikachu, and BW Promo #55 Elgyem. I live in Ontario, Canada and have never seen them ANYWHERE! I've been to many Walmart and Toys R Us locations in the GTA and have also been to 2 Walmarts, a Toys R Us, and 3 Targets in the US, yet still I can't find them. Troll and Toad do not have them in stock and I've seen them being sold on eBay (for expensive prices in my opinion). Obviously some people have found them. I thought perhaps that they were only released in Europe but some of the eBay sellers were from the US. The Black Star promos are all I avidly collect now so if anyone has actually seen them in a store somewhere (preferably in my area) and can let me know where I can get them, that would be great.

what are you going to do about tropical beach? some of the BW black star promos are very rare

I can also confirm the Lilligant blister being available at a Target location. I finally was able to pick one up in December when I was back in the States visiting family for the holidays. Depending on how recently you checked your Target locations, you may want to check again; I was looking for that promo all over the place closer to the DE release, but only found it recently.

Based on the length of time it took the DE promo 1-pack blisters to be released, it may end up being the same with BC.

Also, for the record, I haven't seen any of these promo blister packs in Europe, but I haven't really been actively looking for them either.

I'm still deciding if I'm going to shell out money for them on eBay..

Hmm, I guess I was at the Targets at the wrong time. When I crossed the border to the US I thought for sure I would find them at Target...oh well...

My local Target and the one across state lines still had no new promos, 2 weeks ago. I will try and check this weekend and report back.

Both Tropical Beach were honestly far easier for me to get than Lillipup #52.

I think every region got screwed some where along the line this set, at least it's kind of fair in that aspect.

Well I certainly saw the Lilligant Promo at my local target around the Christmas Season.
Edit: And the Lillipup Promo.

PokeDan23 do you have a trade thread? We must have 4 or 5 of BW55 and BW54 they're fairly common here in the UK.

I went to my local Target, today. They had 1 and only 1 of BW55 Elgyem .
 
Okay, I went to a Target in another state. I found plenty of BW55 Elgyem and BW54 Pikachu. Some of BW49 Lilligant. If anyone needs to trade or buy contact me.
 
i may can get some pikachu/raichu or liligant promo, if somebody needs them,.,...but my stores have like only a couple of each left
