Hi there! I'm very new to Pokemon. I just found POKE Beach. It looks like a great site and I am looking forward to getting to know you all. I have been trying to get Prismatic Evolutions and it looks like I missed out yesterday because I didn't know about preorders on The Pokémon Center. Where do people find out about when preorders are offered? Also, how do you know when sets are released? Sorry, I'm sure these are basic questions, but I'm so new that I don't even know where to start. Thanks!

Help Where do I go to learn when The Pokémon Center is going to have a preorder for a new set?

To secure some preorders when the links go live on Pokemoncenter.com you need to do the following.
Sign up for Twitter/X if you aren't and follow the account @pokemonTCGDrops and make sure notifications are on so you are alerted when they post. This acct will post the moment links go live on new releases (as well as some other possible products to secure from Best buy, Target, etc). This is the only way I've found to know the moment links are live for preorders. Pokemoncenter does not have any sort of system to let people know when links are live for new products.
Have your login , payment info saved on pokemoncenter.com ahead of time although I have seen this break in the past where none of my info is saved when a link goes live because the site is being bombarded and I have had to manually login and manually type my info in during the check out process.
Be at/near a computer with your card ready to check out as quick as you can. When Journey Together preorders link went live I was able to be on the site the moment I got the notification and secured some. When I got the alert for prismatic evolutions I saw it was 5 minutes ago and got nothing so if you happen to be available you should be good to go to secure some products. You may be able to try and quickly do this with a phone as well again just make sure where ever you can save info so there is less input pokemon center login, payment info, etc.
Another thing is recently the Pokemoncenter changed how their site works and has a queue screen when you go to the link now. I was sitting and waiting at the queue screen for 5 or 10 minutes thinking I got wrecked and wasn't getting anything but it did work and I got another preorder of Journey Together ETBs (limit was 2). So I assume this will be the case moving forward when links go live.
The only thing that is a mystery to me is when to anticipate the preorders going live. I'm trying to secure some of the Team Rocket set releasing in english like everyone else from Pokemoncenter.com , anyone have the scoop of when we can anticipate the links going live for the Team Rocket set preorders?
