Definately, it couldn't be easier. You can't tell me that in the States where you've got standard high to have ENORMOUS number of n00bs and stupid children (* not insulting, it's called facts *), you can't find any kid that won't take SW Charizard for it... or any other "good looking" or "big attack damage" card.
If I found it 4 times in Zagreb (capital of Croatia), where there's total of about 20 people that are active at playing Pokemon then you should be able to do that.
