Where is the best place to buy those mini dice at a reasonable price? The only ones I have come from board games.

You can go to a local league/store where they have board games and such and buy them there. I got mine at my league store.
Tabletop gaming stores usually have nice dice. I used to play Warhammer 40K and I bought a small case of dice. It came with around 20 black dice and 10 red, along with the special Warhammer dice.
you can generally find bricks dice at any hobby store that also deals in RPG's like Dungeons&Dragons...depending on the style of the dice, they can be as low as $7.99 to as high as $12.99
