XY Which animals do you think will be Pokemon in X and Y?

What animals do you think will be a Pokemon in the 6th gen?
since the 6th gen is based off Europe i think the wildcat has a big chance of being a Dark/Ice or Dark/Electric and the moose also has a chance of being the taurus of the region

what do you think will be a Pokemon in XY?
 
The wolf will definitely feature since Gen VI supposedly draws alot from Norse mythology, a dark type at the very least, looking like the Fenris wolf.

Dragons definitely and especially with Xerneas and Yveltal being based off the elk and eagle that guard the World Tree means the dragon who is there will turn up, probably a third game mascot. Eagles could be in too as many east european countries use the eagle as their emblem, a flying/fighting type? All I can think of for now.

Eurasian elk are found in Norse mythology, and they can be found in Europe, although they are not as common as they used to be.

-Mosquito
-Flea
-Earthworm
-Squid
-Opossum
-Koala
-Giant panda
-Goat
-Hamster
-Porcupine
-Hummingbird
-Turkey
-Toucan
-Frilled lizard
-Iguana
-Monitor lizard
-Horned toad lizard
-Stegosaur
-Dimetrodon

Could go on, but I think chances are high we'll get at least a couple of these, maybe not the Australian ones just yet.

I like this freudian slip. Animals and pokemon are pretty much synonymous with me too. :p


I'm surprised there hasn't been a badger pokemon yet...

I expect wildlife including: weasel, brown bear, wolf, some type of goat (the chamois even looks like it could evolve into an ibex), deer, badger, fox(Fennekin), frog(Froakie), hedgehog(possibly Chespin), alpine marmot, red squirrel, garden dormouse, mountain hare, white-beaked dolphin, false killer whale, genet, and many other species such as birds, fish, insects, arachnids, amphibians, and reptilians.

A lot of these animals would made insanely cool and/or interesting Pokemon in my opinion.

He's right. Linoone is the closest thing Pokemon has to a badger.

I'd personally, like to see another horse-like Pokemon along with a hamster and ocelot Pokemon.
