Which is better: Magneboar or Reshiboar?

I guess we can come to a conclusion at this point that Magneboar is better before EP, and Reshiboar will be better after EP. Anyone disagree?
 
^After talking to you at league today, I am convinced Typhlosion is better than Emboar because you never run out of energy. Also, his attack is great and his retreat cost is half of Emboar's. So I guess this discussion is over, now that I realize Reshiphlosion is better. Mods can lock if they wish.
