Personally, I think Suicune is the best because of its defenses, while at the same time using Calm Mind to get stronger, becoming an effective wall, but it's up to you.

If you want a defensive Pokemon, go with Suicune. If you want a special sweeper, go with Raikou. Or if you want a physical sweeper, go with Entei.
 
Suicune all the way it looks better too IMO a strong fact for it is because Suicune is OU ,Raikou BL and Entei NU(Not a good movepool)
