Ok so I wanted to make a deck, and I started with the Cold Fire Theme deck of boundaries crossed. Later I updated it with some of my cards. I play against my friends who also have decks, but they have updated their decks to make it better. I am looking for suggestions to improve. I dont plan to play competitivly, but just want to improve it. My price range is 15-20$ max. Here is the deck now:
