Well now that I see her offical art so my Team Plasma idea is out of the picture...
Well she looks like she is a chef and mabey she is but she is also a Gym Leader or she is just a major character.

I don't know what to think of her anymore. She's dressed like a chef or something, and yet she is in a room with fossils.

Maybe she owns a restuarant that is based off or a museum?
