BW/BW2 Who might be Isshu's League Champion?

The evil team takes over the league with there commanders as the elite 4 and the champ is the leader. I LOVE THIS IDEA

This is actually quite a brilliant idea.
It's always bugged me that you finish the evil team's story just a little past half way through the game, gym-wise I mean.
This solution both keeps the story going until you actually "finish" the game, and brings a fresh new soandso to the franchise.

Either way, whoever the champion is; young or old; I want them to be an arse.
I'm tired of facing champions that help you out during the game. Take an aspect from the Special manga and make the champion evil. Give us something to really fight for and make the player WANT to take down the Champ from his throne, rather than just facing them to get to the Battle Frontier.

How about some off-the-wall ideas:

A cyborg/android/robot thingy. That would be totally unexpected.

Or, how about the leader of the evil team? They've done something slightly similar with Giovanni (with the obvious differences of course).

idk if some one already mentioned it yet, but wouldnt it be crazy if the champ was a like a 3 year old!? we would all laugh and think "im going to beat this kid no problem, he must have week pokemon"

But then it turns out he as SUPER strong pokemon, and it take you forever to KO them all. or u give up all together.
