No, I havnt actually made a custom pokemon card - just my own business card (which I can show a photo ...)

But here is what I sugest (all cards are near mint/mint and English). Vileplume EX is very good to near mint, but not flawless.

Do you have 64ct or 32ct of the N sleeves?
 
I only have shiny terrakion, that I can part with. I do have most of the LT FA, FA EX, and some EX (still after the gold Fas though).

Look above for my other cards I may can part with to get shiny blastoise.

I am only trading my FA N , if I get a shiny blastoise (or *shiny, shiny ultra ball, shiny candy, shiny charizard japanese) somehow with the trade. Yes you dont have those, but just saying, that I was not going to trade FA N at all.

English only excadrill EX (its for a deck idea).

Vileplume ex is English, not perfect mint but near mint or I would grade it 7 out of 10 (10 being flawless, 9 being almost flawless but maybe factory scratch or bend).

LT virizion holo is regular holo style and brand new mint, English.
