Why are cards so cheap on ebay lol

Wasn't Uxie LA going for about $20-30 recently? I wouldn't say the prices are cheap!

Yeah they are and that is for a non holo one. But like someone already said some people don't know the value of cards. That is why sometimes you can pick up a real bargain (i remember getting Mudkip* for $2) but sometimes people overvalue their cards by way too much. Check out the thread on here of the ebay seller who wanted $9 million for his cards. It all depends on how lucky you are and if other people want what you are biiding on and how high they wish to go. I might want to pay $200 for a Dialga G Lv.X whereas you might not want to go over $20. So it evens itself out

I am not telling what I bid on so not to give anything away, but some people post them for soo cheap!

Some sellers post them cheap, in hopes of getting buyers in a bidding war. Sometimes that doesn't happen. If you are lucky enough to win that auction, good for you.

yeah the smart thing they do is post many cards at once, this guy put on a DIlaga G lv X, 3 Uxies, uxie lv X, skymin lv X, gardevoir lv X etc etc. So everyone is bidding like mad as his cards are easily found, cheap and rare. Then when everyone has started bidding on his cards it reaches a good amount of money but everyone forgets about the measely rares which I find still at their extremely cheap asking price ready for me too bid , BTW everyone I won the dialga G for $3

I have found Uxie lv X going for $12 and Dialga G lv X for $15 also I have seen like gardevoir lv X $3, Im gona bid on them obviously but don't you think thats a bit cheap?

I know of a card store where I can get Uxie LA for 50 cents a pop lol. I bought like 10 (they only had 10). That is the same place where I get RH Bebes/Roseannes/Claydols/DREs/Stevens for 25 cents a piece. It is the best store ever.

Interesting...I got myself an excess Dialga G Lv. X the last time I opened up a pack of Platinum cards. I might start up an eBay account for this. Sounds pretty nice.

That being said, always watch out for counterfeits. Even people with a perfect record might sometimes play a trick.

They are so cheap because:

1. People think they can get alot for their cards
2. So many of the same card are put on ebay and not enough bidders
3. I hate to disgrace my own interest of pokemon, but the cards are just cardboard...
