I have been a member of lot's of forums. Much to my dismay, I have found this forum to be the least enjoyable out of everything i've ever been a part of. Why? Because, the members and mods are unbalanced. They chew you out and hand out warnings like a Macy's day parade float. It's one thing to require people to type in a manner that allows members to read posts in an orderly fashion. However, its going over board when you flag someone for not capitalizing every single sentence. If you ask me, If you can't tell when a sentence ends and a another begins, you need to go back to school. Maybe that is the problem on here. Maybe we have too many mods that are underage teenagers that are not in control of their emotions and instead of being neutral in a matter and providing justice, they get their little "high school musical" feelings hurt and hand out warnings and bannings. This is out of control. If there is a mature listening ear out there then please help stop this. I can give you several instances when i had to argue with a mod (who was under 18, i'm 24, where's the respect?) about a warning they gave me and how it wasn't a legit warning. The little kid that moderates the trade forum flagged me for not posting my country inside my ref thread, Yet i clearly did so! not only was it in my thread it was also in my title and it was completely spelled out! I argued with him/her for two days, finally they took away the warning. If this website is going to be ran by little children, then i'm out. sorry for the long rant, but i feel it was needed. Change can't be made if no one speaks out. I'm one for change.

I laughed at some of the parts you describe in here. You're 24 - BIG DEAL. I'm 22, and I had a little war with Amt, who is 12 if I last recall right. I don't bloody care because this place is anonymous.
The thing is that Pokébeach's crowd seems to be younger then your average board has. So we keep specific rules and make people READ. THE BLOODY. RULES. It's not that hard, seriously. And moderators are human, man. They aren't perfect.
I also took the liberty of going through your warn log, and each and every one of your warns is deserved. Pure spam, being disrespectful, yeah.
You do not have some sort of higher authority level due to your age around here. You are to treat everyone the same, simple as that. You do have a tendency to not do so, because you believe that your age gives you authority. Not the case. The mods have higher authority simply due to their experience on the board. You can argument with them, but do so like you would discuss with people in regular life. A warning isn't the end of the world.

It isn't justice though. Justice is what is wrong with the entire planet man, people have forgotten it. And as for age i don't "bloody" care, that was a side point mentioned in parantheses. It really Erks me that people give out warnings with out a second thought. Did you motice how many of those warnings i got that have been revoked? how many were halved? I only have 1 warning that is legit.If your telling me to not care about warnings then fine. I'll run rampant on this site and bring the mayhem. If i get banned , I'll be back. If you tell me off, then i to you. If the people on here want to be animalistic instead of having a shread of dignity and self respect, fine. I'll adapt and survive by becoming an animal myself. BALANCE IS THE KEY TO EVERYTHING IN LIFE! Just be balanced. Go not by the letter of the law, Judge by the meaning of it.
Also, the rules on this site are not always well written. They need to be clarified. We wouldn't have so many "offenders" if the rules weren't so stringent.

Although you may have some points about the warnings there was no point in this huge rant. If it was truely unjustified, then it'd be changed. This isn't going to help.

So, let me get this straight, you're whining because you got chewed out by a mod who's younger than you? If you would've acted your age in the first place, you wouldn't have got the warning. It's called common sense, dude, use it.
You claim that senority gives a person power, but that is very far from the truth. Ones age doesn't make any difference when they are on a forum like this. I judge a persons age by their posts, not by what they say, and honestly I took you for a 10 year old. Capitalization and Punctuation are common decency. They are also a part of grammar and spelling. You say that people who can't figure out where sentences end should go back to school, but if you write a paper do you use capitalization? Is hitting the Shift key that hard? From what I have seen you have recieved some unfair warnings, but the system was willing to revoke said warnings. Everybody has recieved warnings that they think are unfair (especially Lou's constant 20%) but they don't blame the people who gave them the warnings.
Whatever the age of a person may be is completely irrelevant, it is the apparent quality of the persons posts. Even if I'm 6, or 15, or 29 I would recieve the same quality of respect.

1st of all, If I would have to guess your age based on the posts prior to this one, it would've been 10-14. 14 being the absolute maximum. I would also like to point out that 3 of your warnings are by moderators who are over the age of 18, and I also doubt any of the moderators here like High School Musical (if they do, I will personally fly over to their house and beat them up for liking it).

I'm the youngest staff member here and I'm offended. (No. I don't look like a little kid. D: ) ( When I say offended I mean "Oh that guy just slapped me and walked away, ow.")
The majority of the staff is over 18. There is 7 teenagers only. Most of them are mature. How else were they picked? >:'

Dude. None of the staff were picked because of how old they were. (As far as I'm aware.)
They are picked from things like experience, and for the way they handle themselves on these forums.

If this is really a troll (although I doubt it, there are better ways to troll Pokemon forums) then the OP convinced a lot of people and he's probably the only one laughing right now, since it's not a very good one. But I don't think it is. So please, stop with this failed attempt at a joke. Instead, just contribute to the Pokemon TCG like everyone should be doing here (or the gameboy games, or even the Pikachu plushies, whatever rows your boat). We don't really care about England or America. Or in what century we're in. Or what you think about those topics. Or that some people here are younger than you. I'm 18 and I still think you're acting extremely out of proportion. It's only a few warnings, get over it. Or challenge the mods to a card game or something.
I'm not a mod. I'm just TCG Master, which doesn't come with much power. Also most Mods/People of higher respect are online more often, and they are willing to post well though out arguements in controversial posts like this one.
