Why doesn't Arceus-EX have its own card?

Arceus EX would be like 220 HP with 500 damage attacks... JK I wanna more BW, not XY... How do I post a discussion? (Yes this off-topic but urgent). Arceus would probably suck, just saying. Not trying to insult His Majesty, but I mean really.

Kyurem is waaaay cooler than most Legendaries that don't have an EX version yet. Pun intended
