IS IT BETTER THAT MEOWTH HASN'T EVOLVED OR SHOULD HE?PERSONALY I THINK HE SHOULD STAY AS MEOWTH AND THAT FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS HE HAS A EVERSTONE STUCK ONHIS BACK=)
 
1)  Stop typing in caps or they'll ban you.  No, I'm serious, a newbie has been banned for that.

Ur, we? More like Mods, not like you can ban or anything. Well, if you ask why Meowth doesn't want to evolve, how 'bout Ash's Bulbasaur, Pikachu and Cyndaquil? Well, they want to stay as their normal selves so that their personality and appearance doesn't change.
 
1) A talking Persian would just be weird.

2) Persian is decent. Team Rocket aren't allowed to have decent stuff, it's pretty much the law.

Meowth evolves by level up. Or to put it a different way, Meowth needs a certain amount of experience points to evolve.

Meowth hardly ever battles anything, and when he does fight, he loses.

Simple as that. He hasn't evolved (or tried to evolve) because he doesn't have enough exp. points to do so. Bulbasaur and Cyndaquil are the same story, but they did get enough exp. points to evolve. That's why they tried.

Pikachu's different because it evolves with a stone. Ash was like "want 2 evolve lol?" and Pikachu was like "no lol" so that's why Ash has a Pikachu.

I win.
 
You shouldn't try and apply things like logic to the pokemon anime, it's like adding cement into peanut butter. And no, I don't even know what that is supposed to mean, that's how bad it is :[

Well, you could go along with that explanation... I think team rocket is surrounded by a force field of pure lameness that prevents them from winning anything and stops them from being good in any possible way. But hey, I'm not an expert in quantum lameness so maybe I'm wrong.


Ok, fine, you're right. But my explanation is more interesting :]

Except for one flaw. That's the logic that makes Ground immune to Electric.

Actually, Bulbasaur has enough EXP, remember the Episode where Bulbasaur and the Garden thing? It could've evolved, it just doesn't want to. Well, Anime is a semi-screwed up thing. It's SO complicated, it can cause thousand of Questions to be thrown at us to answer, which is bad. :[

meowth does have enough exp. the way he fights with jessie and james and also it would be creepy to see a talking persian%(
 
ok i agree on that meowth doesn't gain exp. by yelling at them but he does use hyper claw on them once and a while.right??
 
What, Fury swipes? THat's not a battle. Defeating another Pokémon in combat is. Actually, that's not even counted. J&J aren't even unconscious yet.
