Why won't it unlock?

So, I had my Trading thread locked ( On request ) and asked to have it unlocked, and the Mod pm'd me saying that it had been unlocked. So I went to go post in it, but it still says that it's locked. I think it's my computer, but I shut it off and restarted it, and it still says that it's locked and I can't post. Am I doing something wrong?

I'm responding as I was the one to unlock it intially. I did unlock it. I wonder how it got relocked. I made sure to check it for you also. Maybe the key broke after I unlocked it?
 
Funny thing is when I first locked this thread, it didn't lock. But then after I openned it and locked it again, it worked.
