Will they ever make dragon-type cards for pseudo-dragon Pokemon like Charziard?

No not really. I'm referring to the combination of a Pokemon that looks like a dragon and can learn Dragon-Type moves. Which a scrafty doesn't qualify for both.

It's very unlikely that this will happen unless we get a new form of Delta Species. I wouldn't mind it happening though; it would be interesting to see how they would influence the metagame.
