Worlds 2019 in Washington, D.C.!

So proud of my good friend, Bram le Jonge for getting 2nd this year. I hope I can see him again very soon in Washington, good luck on your invites everyone!

And it's back in my hometown, awesome!!! Maybe this'll motivate me to actually get back into the competitive scene, if nothing else will.

Let it be known that Yungoos is objectively the worst early-game derp.

DC, eh? This is the first time they've re-visited a Worlds location since Kona, Hawaii in 2012. In any case, the grind starts now.

They actually repeated Anaheim more recently. Anaheim was in 2006 and 2017

Ehh that's not too far from Trappist-f... might be able to go, as a spectator of course since I have no talent.

Really though, would it kill them to hold one of these in NYC?

NYC isn't the easiest place to get around in, and stuff there isn't cheap either. Hotel rooms are at least $250 a night up and down Manhatten, food is pricey- If TPCi avoids doing one there I could see why.

Also, paying for parking. For God sake -the parking.

True, true.

Again, Florida has been neglected for so many years now... and don't give me the "it's to hot" excuse... I went to D.C in 14' it was just as hot there mid day as it gets here in FL.

Why is it always in North America, anyway? How come it isn't in Japan?

I got a work shuttle that can take me there and don’t need to spend 400 a night for a hotel like this year. Now the grind really starts.
