WPM: Need A Piano or Guitar Player!

Hey guys, does anyone play the piano or guitar? For one of my English classes, we read a novel called "The Little Locksmith" and it has a page with musical notes on it. My professor is offering us extra credit if we can play it in class (if we know an instrument - 2% points) or record it and bring it to class (if we know someone who knows an instrument - 1% point). Since I haven't played the piano since 1st grade, there's no way I can play it, so I was hoping someone could do it for me! The music sheet is attached below. It doesn't look too hard or too time consuming to play, so if anyone can help me out, I would greatly appreciate it!! [attachment=5394]

This can be played on any instrument that uses treble clef. I would help out, but unfortunately I only have a way of playing the piece on an instrument, and no way to record the piece and send it to you, or anything like that (unless video would work.) Besides, I can't read the time signature (too blurry.) And anyone who knows enough about music knows that you need to be able to read a time signature to play a piece.

Looks like a 9/8 Time signature, Darth Pika
with an F# also
