On another forum I hosted a WW game before (but it was more like Mafia). It's a difficult job, and when you forget something important the game can be majorly affected. Also, a lot of people don't think about receiving a bunch of different PMs from different people, sorting them out, writing both the night and day updates, and being online a lot to check in on the game if something goes wrong, or if something happens (see: Gistica's modkill). And on top of that, you have to manage your real life and your Internet life. I know that PMJ, a really good game host, didn't have time to write elaborate updates because he had a lot of stuff going on (assuming he spends all of his time with ponies). Give Blui some slack, it's a hard job.

Well Glace, he absolutely did answer your question. You just didn't ask the one you thought you asked. You have to clarify.

I have hosted a 28 (or 29) player game before and I'm hosting a 32 player game right now so maybe I know what it's like to host a WW. (And I won't cut him any slack. ;D)
I still don't understand the "particular question" thing. So we have to talk to our whole team, but we can still ask something role related from just one person. "Okkkkkkk"?
Also, the reason I'm upset is because Blui modkilled (not replaced) our seer for a pretty ridiculous reason, not because Gistica was on my team (hello, why would I vote for someone on my team anyway).
Replace >>> kill because:
1) Replacing doesn't screw up the whole town/wolves for a mistake a certain person makes and it doesn't create absolutely unfair advantages (only in-game kills should lower the player count).
2) Explaining abilities is allowed so "quoting" that could be fake quoting does not give a big unfair advantage, as it could be fake anyway.
3) Gistica still has clearly broken the rules so he needs to be punished (replaced).
4) There are replacing players.
5) I would recommend raffling those (not sweet tooth) abilities to another townie team member to balance this clear mistake of the game host.

The way I see it, in most cases, replacing will suffice, if the rule-breaker edited, talked outside of thread, changes his username etc. etc.
However, if the modkill is role related, than they role should be taken out of the game. For example, not following instructions caused by abilities, or revealing your role via quote. The replacement will already have their role revealed. Sounds fun. :/
If it's such a clear mistake, than how come your the only one saying it was a bad call.

Glace, I'm sorry I didn't understand your question. I had a hunch that Teal's fury over the modkill had something to do with losing a team member, but after reading Teal's posts, I'm inclined to believe him. No hard feelings Teal; however:
Reverse psychology at its best. I'm not saying you are definitely on the same team as Gistica, but a smart player like you would play a trick like that. I think. ;D

Everything matters. Everything is connected. Don't ever start thinking anything is irrelevant in a game like this. And current situation? I don't believe we have one. We're going over lynch ideas, so we should take everything into account.
