Strategy:

The main strategy is to set up Vespiquen as the active Pokemon, and the eeveelutions on the bench. By running Unknown, it is very easy to get many Pokemon in the discard and power up Vespiquen's Bee Revenge attack. The eeveelutions provide for a tpe advantage with thier ablities.

Lastly, I ran Swampert in order to help with the draw. Although not a perfect substitute to Empoleon from the new expanded format, this Pokemon's diving draw ability combined with Unown helps you get cards you need fast.

I've added translations below. Any help would be appreciated.

Combee – Grass – HP40
Basic Pokemon

[G] Bug Bite: 10 damage.

Weakness: Fire (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 1

Vespiquen – Grass – HP90
Stage 1 Pokemon – Evolves from Combee

[C] Information Control: 10 damage. You may draw cards from your deck until there are 6 cards in your hand.

[C][C] Bee Revenge: 20+ damage. This attack does 10 more damage for each Pokemon card in your Discard Pile.

Weakness: Fire (x2)
Resistance:
Retreat: 0

Flareon – Fire – HP90
Stage 1 – Evolves from Eevee

Ability: Flare Effect
As long as this Pokemon is in play, all of your Stage 1 Pokemon are [R] as well as their original type.

[R][C][C] Heat Breath: 60+ damage. Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 20 more damage.

Weakness: Water (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 1

Vaporeon – Water – HP90
Stage 1 – Evolves from Eevee

Ability: Aqua Effect
As long as this Pokemon is in play, all of your Stage 1 Pokemon are [W] as well as their original type.

[W][C][C] Hydro Splash: 70 damage.

Weakness: Grass (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 2

Jolteon – Lightning – HP90
Stage 1 – Evolves from Eevee

Ability: Electric Effect
As long as this Pokemon is in play, all of your Stage 1 Pokemon are [L] as well as their original type.

[L][C][C] Thunder Blast: 80 damage. Discard 1 Energy attached to this Pokemon.

Weakness: Fighting (x2)
Resistance: Metal (-20)
Retreat: 0

Unown – Psychic – HP60
Basic Pokemon

Ability: Last Will
Once during your turn, if this Pokemon is on your Bench, you may discard this Pokemon and all cards attached to it. (This doesn’t count as a Knocked Out Pokemon.) Then, draw a card.

[C] Hidden Power: 10 damage.

Weakness: Psychic (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 1

Level Ball – Trainer
Item

Search your deck for a Pokemon with 90 HP or less, reveal it, and put it into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward.

You may play as many Item cards as you like during your turn (before your attack).

Giant Plant Forest – Trainer
Stadium

Each player’s [G] Pokemon can Evolve during the first turn and on the turn they were put into play.

This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card if another Stadium card comes into play. If another card with the same name is in play, you can’t play this card.

Not sure how you plan to get all those pokemon in the discard pile. Use need a few battle compressors. Toss the ones you will not need on the matchup.

I understand the need for pyroar, but the best decks stick to one strategy and this gives you space for 4 more cards. I also think your energy count is a bit high, and you are not playing 4 double colorless and all fire so Jolt and vap can't attack. If attacking is your pref then run Rainbow, but if evolving is run 1 prof letter and the basic W and L (-7 F + 2 L + 2 W + 2 colorless + 1 prof Letter) or take out 1 wally and lose -6 F. Steven allows you to get an energy.

- 6 fire
+2 Double colorless
+4 Rainbow

- 4 Pyroar line
+3 ultra balls
+1 Sycamore

A faster version would have maybe 4 energies + the 4 double colorless giving space for 5 more cards 1 letter and 4 ultraballs, and drop the pyroar line for 1 sycamore 3 Battle Compressor. drop steven for 2 VS seekers. easy way to get a supporter even archie as you last card.

Keeping with the focus of the deck to get as many pokemon in the trash ASAP

looks nice. with the right Eevee evolution you should only need 7 in the trash to hit for 180.

I still think you will have trouble clearing your hand of unwanted cards, or just getting cards, and this only compounds in item lock. but Vespiquen can help.

the rainbow energy will not evolve your eeveee's btw.

you should run basic water energy instead of fire. that way you can get vaporeon out quicker. vespiquen is weak to fire (i know it only has 90 hp but still) this could also provide and alternate attacker in swampert.

Thanks. I forgot to change that after removing Pyroar.
