Strategy:

The strategy for this deck is to try get some OHKO with M Ampharos EX and Crobats Ability that together can deal 170+20= 190 to OHKO all non M pokemon and Wailord. Then i have M Manectric and Mega Turbo to power up Ampharos + M Manectric can deal some nice damage.
Then i use Tool Retriever so i can remove my spirit links and attach Protection Cubes. Flash energy is for my weakness.

Notes: I don't really know if the tool cards are right chosen i think muscle band could get some ekstra damage but i have 3 tool cards i think could be nice Spirit links, Protection cubes and Muscle Bands.
An idea could also be to add crobat to get ekstra damage to OHKO some M Pokemon.

2 Megas seems to clunky to me. And trust me, a 2-2 of Manectric never works even in say a Yveltal deck. Trust me. a 3-3 is the magic number and is more consistent. But then you're taking away space for other parts.

I would suggest using another way to energy accelerate. 2 Megas definitely won't work. And whiffing Spirit Links will hurt double time here.
 
Yea i also started with 3 but then i didn't had room for all the other stuff. So i don't really know what i should replace.
