Hey guys! This is my first deck in the deck garage, so advice and suggestions are always welcome. Thanks!

Pokemon:
  • 3 Sceptile EX
  • 3 M Sceptile EX
  • 3 Trevenant EX
  • 1 Shaymin EX (ROS)
  • 2 Hoopa EX
  • 1-1 Ariados (AOR)
Trainers/Supporters/Stadiums:
  • 3 Professor Sycamore
  • 2 Lysandre
  • 2 Professor Birch's Observations
  • 2 Xerosic
  • 1 Teammates
  • 1 Ace Trainer
  • 1 Evosoda
  • 3 Ultra Ball
  • 2 Professor's Letter
  • 3 Battle Compressor
  • 3 Sceptile Spirit Link
  • 3 Mega Turbo
  • 2 Trainer's Mail
  • 2 Energy Retrieval
  • 2 Switch
  • 3 VS Seeker
  • 2 Muscle Band
  • 3 Forest of Giant Plants (AOR)
Energy:
  • 9 Grass Energy
Strategy:

I've always thought Grass was a pretty underwhelming type in the BCR-on format, with the excepti n of obviously VirGen. When that deck gets rotated out, this deck will be one of the strongest Grass decks (in my opinion). The whole strategy is to get Mega Sceptile out (Which can come into play the turn Of, if you have a Forest of Giant Plants, spirit link, and Mega Sceptile in hand), attack with Jagged Saber, which allows you to power up a Benched Trevenant EX which has an attack similar to Keldeo EXs Secret Sword, but for grass energy, while, at the same time, healing off any damage Trevenant may have (bye bye, bats).
I play Ariados to automatically poison the opponent just by playing him. This really helps Trevenant and mega Sceptile do more damage and applying pressure. And since Trevenant and Sceptile are Grass types, they don't get poisoned by Ariados' ability.
Shaymin EX is in this deck For draw support, and Hoopa EX to help get out all the EXs in my deck. I also run Battle Compressor to get grass energy and supporters in the discard to use later.
With this deck, you can actually pull of the magic Mega Sceptile power up in one turn. You start with Sceptile EX, play FGP, discard 1-2 grass energies with Battle Compressor, mega turbo on to M Sceptile, and, in one turn, you use Jagged Saber, powering up a Trevenant for big damage later.

Thanks for reading and I hope for some great feedback!

The Grass type was indeed pretty underwhelming, Here are some changes I would make:

- 1 Sceptile EX (3 is enough)
- 1 Seadot
- 1 Nuzleaf
- 1 Shiftry
- 1 Lugia EX
- 1 Pokémon Center Lady
- 1 Wally
- 1 Ultra Ball
- 2 Professor's Letter
- 2 Silent Lab
- 1 Escape Rope
- 2 Energy Recycle
- 1 Grass Energy
- 1 Hard Charm
- 2 Professor's Birch Observation

+ 2 Spinarak
+ 2 Ariados
+ 2 Hoopa EX
+ 1 Xerosic
+ 1 Shauna
+ 1 Ace Trainer
+ 3 Battle Compressor
+ 3 Mega Turbo
+ 3 M-Sceptile Spirit Link
+ 1 Energy Retrieval

Shiftry doesn't work well with M-Sceptile EX and Trevenant EX because you discard the Grass Energy in your hand, which you need. Also a 1-1-1 line doesn't make it very reliable. Instead I suggest a 2-2 Ariados line, poisoning your opponent through-out the whole game. Trevenant EX and Lugia EX have the same purpose. Hitting your opponent hard. But Trevenant does a better job in this case. (At least if Ariados joins the game)

Your deck is very EX heavy, but Hoopa EX will help you out. It will increase your set-up. You can get any EX you need at the moment (It's very likely you already have one) For example Shaymin EX, which doesn't work with silent lab either. (really you're just hurting yourself)

I see you have VS Seeker and Energy Retrieval. These are great cards. But in order to use them, you need supporters and energy in your discard pile. Battle compressor does the job. Also now Mega Turbo is a good suggestion as well. (You mentioned it, but I don't see one in your deck) What's the point in setting up M-Sceptile instantly, if you can't attack?

Xerosic? He's your man. Discarding a wonder energy or sparkling robe, thus making Ariados ability more reliable. You can also get rid of Spirit link and replace it with a muscle band.

I hope these suggestions help! I guess It's a lot to consider.

Why would you not want spirit link?
