Hey guys since the new ANcient origin pack just got released i decided to try something with noivern and the new eevee evolution card to see if i could make something about it! it does work but sometimes meh im not getting the best hand :/ anyway here is the list

Pokémon: 17
  • 1 Vaporeon AOR
  • 2 Jolteon AOR
  • 4 Noivern FFI
  • 4 Eevee AOR
  • 4 Noibat FFI
  • 2 Flareon AOR
Trainers/Supporters/Stadiums: 32
  • 1 Sacred Ash
  • 2 battle compressor
  • 1 Wally
  • 3 Faded Town
  • 1 Starling megaphone
  • 1 Teammates
  • 3 Level Ball
  • 4 VS Seeker
  • 4 Ultra Ball
  • 1 Lysandre
  • 2 Professor Birch's Observations
  • 2 Shauna
  • 4 Professor Sycamore
  • 3 Exp share
Energy: 11
  • 4 Darkness Energy
  • 3 Psychic Energy
  • 4 Double Dragon Energy
Strategy:

i have big difficulty against Mega pokemon do i decided to help myself a little bit with the Faded town Stadium. Point of the deck is getting noivern asap and put him a wide lens on him so you can hit for weakness even on the beach, by doing that you need the proper eevee evolution set up, thats why i run alot of level ball and ultra to get them fast. as for hex maniac im probably going to remove it since it kill my noivern ability and break the 1/2 chance of dodging the attack :/ about the supporter draw i dont really know if i should but more or less :S i find something that proff birch always give me 4 cards.... im never lucky, so im considering putting Shauna instead but i don't know if i should put more supporter since sometime im stuck with nothing to draw and have to pass alot of turn until i get something :S

anyway THanks and tell me if you guys would switch anything!

Cya! CreeZ

Edit: removed the wide lens for Exp share ,Added a startling megaphone,
Added 2 battle comp for little consistency,

I think you could try and add a bit more consistency with battle compressor :p

It's a nice card to have in any deck IMO, because, in most games (if not all), you're not gonna be needing every card in your deck. Also, if you have a vs seeker in hand but no other supporter discarded, it's an easy way to get some draw power :)

how many battle compressor do you think i should run? and what to remove :O for sure hex maniac but what about the others :O
thanks

I usually try to fit 2 battle compressor on my decks :)

Removing I think you have to do some testing but I think a few candidates are:
- Sacred Ash;
- Hex Maniac (like you said)
- Eco Arm
- Wide Lens

Hope this helps :)

Updated i did remove the Hex maniac and the Eco arm for 2 battle comp

i have played alot online and i found that when my opponent plays a Hard charm.... like Seimitoad (it did happend)
hitting for 10.... is a little bit hard to win the game.... as for know i didn't really manage to win a game with a hard charm on the
opponent side any suggestion how to deal with that?

I guess Toad is going to be the biggest issue on your deck :/ I think you can try adding a grass stage 1 just to counter Toads.

Vespiquen could be useful I think :) You can even pair it up with those battle compressors to discard some useless mons and try to OHKO Toads. About the hard charms, you can also try to put startling megaphone, but I don't think that's gonna help since you'll be item locked

i usually get around seimitoad sometime, its juste when they put hard charm i can do nothing he was just an exemple, i played against some other
deck that used hard charm... any deck who use hard charm mostly doom me :S

Wally's usefulness is kind of minimized when you're playing a deck that can't take advantage of evolving the Pokémon right away ... it may be situationally useful to evolve an Eevee on the same turn as you play it, but is it really all that often? Also, Noivern gets very little benefit from Wally since it takes two attachments anyway. I would recommend maxing out your VS Seeker, Faded Town (only because you don't want to run into Rough Seas and not win the Stadium war), or adding 1 Startling Megaphone in place of the Wally.. it's not like Wally is bad, but I think you'd get more utility in this deck out of something else.

just though of that.... instead of startling megaphone why not use xerosic? or whatever is it called, wouldnt it be better?

Interesting idea on the wide lens, but XP share works well on getting another Noivern ready in one turn

yeah i know i like both, but that's the problem i can't really use both :S wide lens for weakness dommage on bench and exp share to power
up another noivern but you can't equip both of them on the same pokemon :S

You should find Exp. Share to be more useful and less situational since not everything will have a Weakness, but powering up another Noivern on the fly is something that will probably be happening often.

true you are right, but the point of using all the eevee evolution was to hit the bench for weakness, unless i don't really "need" that bench weakness and
can deal without it

I have been trying this of late to make use of the new eeveelutions but its the old "tail" of how lucky you are. When it works its fantastic, othertimes its just plain bad.
But to gain more consistency you need to add Winona. Grabs eevee and noibat to fill the bench and start getting out the evolutions. Heres my list so far:

Pokémon - 13
3 Noivern FFI 77
3 Eevee FFI 80
3 Noibat FFI 87
1 Shaymin-EX ROS 77
1 Flareon AOR 13
1 Jolteon AOR 26
1 Vaporeon AOR 22

Trainer Cards - 35
1 Sacred Ash FLF 96
3 Trainers' Mail ROS 92
2 Crushing Hammer EPO 92
2 Professor's Letter XY 123
2 Wally ROS 94
1 Startling Megaphone FLF 97
2 Shauna PHF 104
2 Team Flare Grunt XY 129
3 Evosoda XY 116
1 Battle Compressor Team Flare Gear PHF 92
2 Winona ROS 96
2 Training Center FFI 102
2 AZ PHF 91
1 Ace Trainer AOR 69
2 Enhanced Hammer PHF 94
4 VS Seeker PHF 109
3 Wide Lens ROS 95

Energy - 12
4 Psychic Energy XY 136
4 Double Dragon Energy ROS 97
4 Darkness Energy XY 138

To explain my list vs yours. Maybe another sacred ash would bring a small % of consistency because running fewer pokemonit is essential to recycle them. But to overcome some of them being prized, yes more is better but take up space.
As above, the Winona to draw out the basics.
Battle compressor has really proven to me to be very beneficial in any deck and why VS seeker is a must for any deck. In conjunction they bring your % rate for getting the supporter need up greatly.
Wally and evosoda for evolve based on current circumstances.
Personally never been a huge fan of Sycamore. In lower HP decks Ace Trainer shines through because your almost guaranteed to have someone KO'd then this is much more beneficial than Shauna or Birch with a little taste of N (rip for now). Noiverns KO comes on 2, 3 or more turns and it packs a punch across the board in one foul swoop.
Wide lens is great, although I do see the need for Exp Share. Again it would be situational and running 2 or more tools leads me to add in a Tool Retriever on that odd chance i get it and can manipulate them to change things up unexpectedly.
Megaphone over Xerosic. Hate using X when there is a debate over another supporter. Mega for leter in the game to wipe them all away depending on the calculations of current situation and staying alive.
More but that enough for now. I like playing this deck with the added additional types from the eeveelutions and getting setup with wide lens against someone who ends up being weak to it all :p

that's a nice concept Credits, but i think i just gave up on the idea of building eeveelution, it's either me or im just unlucky, but i played with this
deck Online alot on PTCGO, and never really faced shaymins Ex on the bench, never faced people with Weakness, or i never had a wide lens when
i needed the most :/. So i decided to go back to my old school noivern deck :D Noivern/Meowstic combo but this time since i removed the eeveelution
i had more space left in the deck and i want to try Lugia Ex in it, i still need one more to be able to play the deck correctly <.<... But i do more like
the fact i can use Ear influence with meowstic to move the dommage around, i know sometime it's a little bit tricky to set this up or because i have to put
meowstic in the active zone to be able to attack not like dusknoir but still! most of the time i did alot of dommage already my Meowstic is already set up
and they kill my noivern, i just put him in the active spot and well Boom switch all dommage counter :p

i still do like the eeveelution, it's just ... meh i never play against people who i can use weakness :/ anyway :) i think i like way more noivern/meowstic line :p
