XY-P Pyroar Promo in ‘CoroCoro’ [3/19]

It seems playable, its second attack can KO a GenesectEX or M-Venusaur EX, its first attack may be usable in case your opponent doesn't have enough energies to attack, it can be used with Fliptini.
 
Not that good as other pyroar but still ok. To bad it will be rare in english set.
 
Yeah, it doesn't even COMPARE to the Pyroar from Wild Blaze. Immunity from ALL Basic Pokemon (which includes all EXs that aren't Mega Evolutions) AND 10 more HP? Why would you run this promo card over that?
 
I'm kinda dissapointed as well. I was really looking forward to any Pyroar cards, but the artwork is just not likeable to me. I always prefer when they look 'drawn' than 'digital' if you know what I mean. ;)
 
Not worth playing. There are basic 'mons that do 120 for 3 energy, and you only need to discard one energy. The artwork is even "meh" because, oh, 5ban Graphics, surprise surprise.
 
I love Pyroar and the art looks really nice. My TCG knowledge is very limited, since I only just started getting into it, but it doesn't seem like a great competitive card to me. It doesn't have that much HP and it has to discard 2 energy to use a proper attack. If combined with the new Wild Blaze cards that make it easier to attach Fire Energies it would be okay, I guess, but I think there are better options for a good fire-type.

I prefer the other Pyroar with the ability that prevents damage from basic Pokémon in my deck.
 
When this card was first revealed last month the second attacks energy cost and text were not visible. Only the 120 damage was clearly made out. My friend joked that it would probably involve discarding fire energys. And hey, that's exactly what it was. Darn fire types being predictable! :p

When they make a female Pyroar, I hope it has a good ability too.
 
why is there no image of it in the OP so we can see what we are supposed to be discussing? No shade, just curious!
