Hello everyone, this is the deck I am hopefully taking to a tournament in a Month. Could you please help me improve it.

4-4 Yanmega Prime. 2SV, 2TR (This is the main card since it is the “Donking” card.)
3-2-2 Tangrowth LvX (This is the healer and heals Yanmega and attaches energy)
3-3 Vespiquen Undaunted, Combee SF (Prevents damage while healing with Yanmega)
2-2 Metapod

=25

3x Rare Candy (1st turn Yanmega Prime & Tangy X)
2x Expert Belt (1st turn 90 damage sound good?)
1x Luzury Ball (Get the cards fast)
3x Pokemon Collector
2x Bebes Search
1x Twins
4x Copycat
4x Judge
4x VS Seaker
2x Pokegear

=26 Trainer/Supporter/Stadium

2x Rescue Energy
8x Leaf Energy

=10 Energy

Please help me improve it as it has 58 cards. Oh and also, no fairies since I will never get them within a month.

add in some vs seeker to reuse your judges or copycat
or some pokegear to search them out

also, you dont need 12 energy if your main focus is to donk with yanmega
i would bump it up to 4 rescue energy, and even add in a combee UD, comes in handy as a late game attacker

Maybe a 2/1-1 line of Shaymin Lv. X (2 PL-38, 1 UL-8, 1 Lv. X Thankfulness) to load up Tangrowth and Shuffle Energy around. Maybe even a 1/1-1 line, since it's only a tech.

Which Yanma are you using - SV or TR? I'd go with 2 of each, but since you didn't specify, I wondered which.

Also, same situation with Combee. The SF can come in handy with Honey but the UD is equally as good but is more focused on damage.

He's using Prime, but I really like SV Yanmega. Wind Return is devastating and combos nicely with Shaymin, plus Speed Boost makes Engineer's Adjustments an effective form of draw.

Speaking of Engineer's, it plays nicely with Tangrowth as well.

Dude, you need pixies, TCBMs should ship in about a week, I highly recommend trading for 2 Uxie and 1 Azelf.

No one will ever trade me one though ;p. Anyway, I'm not gonna run any other Yanmega since this is a Prime deck.

Can't you go to a league and get a Uxie or Azelf as a player reward on the day?

Not really sure. But anyway, do you think I should add a 2-2 Metapod, since I'm going up against Typhlosion

Yeah, and maybe a fourth Rare Candy to speed up the process + stop Caterpie from being targeted.

What do you think I should remove. 1 Bebes and a Pokeradar with 2 Grass Energy for 2-2 Metapod and a Grass Energy for Rare Candy? Also, I think I should add 1 Bench Shield, what should i remove?

Maybe a Twins out for Bench Shield: if it's going to plan, you shouldn't need Twins.

You should be able to do this. While we're on to Steelix UD and Special Metal Energy, you can always ask your Professor if they have any spare, older promos lying around. This is how I got my playset of Expert Belts and Azelfs, and how I'm going to finish out my Playset of Uxies.

Also, -1 Bebe's, +1 Collector. It would probably give you better consistency.

I've seen the deck often run Staraptor FB X for the Fast Call to get you your supporter every turn. ALSO, the deck almost demands four copies of Vs. Seeker. The deck is often consistent enough that it can run a minimum of Energy just in case you can't set up Insight. Try no more than ten {G} and certainly run the playset of Rescues.

I wouldn't use too much energy, I'd agree with a maximum of 10. Isn't the idea of the deck to get free attacks for Yanmega Prime?
