I honestly don't really know - I don't know too much about Donphan decks, but maybe adding another Colress.

The guy doesn't need another Colress, he already plays 4 JuNiper and 3 Korrina.

You might need an Ultra Ball or 2 for Sigilyph and the Outragers, also you're fine with 4-4 Fighting Energy. 9 is not needed. The Silver Bangle is also not needed, as you already play 3 Muscle Band and EXs are gonna be played a lot less.

I keep on forgetting about Korrinas... Maybe a 3rd Stadium or VS Seeker. In the decks I run I generally need three of each... but they are Metal mainly so...

Donphan usually runs 3 Stadium, but I can't really decide what to cut for the 3rd one. Also, I'm pretty sure the Enhanced Hammers don't really go in Donphan. You're better off using a 3rd Stadium and a 3rd Float Stone. I'm not sure about Escape Rope, but I haven't tested it.
2 VS Seeker are fine imo.

+1 Float Stone; 2 Float Stone is not going to be enough to deal with all of your retreating needs.

Yeah... the only advantage LandorusEX has over Donphan is that you can end with it to force 7 prizes, but that's pretty situational. The Silver Bangle you included is good because it helps against Mega ManectricEX. Instead of having to attach two Strong Energy, Muscle Band, and Fighting Stadium to OHKO it (40+20+20+20+20=120x2=240), you can do one Strong, Bangle, and Fighting Stadium (40+20+30+20=110x2=220). Instead of taking the Bangle out, I suggest replacing one Muscle Band with a Float Stone or Switch. I play five switching effects but four should be enough because you play Robo Subs. A third Fighting Stadium is a good idea too, so I think taking out LandorusEX for one is a nice tradeoff.

I would probably put in either 4 Muscle Band, 2 Bangle and 2 Band, 4 Bangle, or 3 Bangle and 1 Band... but not they combo you have now.

I also suggest removing the two Flare Gear for another Korinna and probably another Bangle/Band. I'm also not sure if Trump Card is necessary; maybe swapping it for another Colress?
